Completing this world-famous marathon is a dream for millions of individuals; many try for years to get a place in the 26.2 mile course which takes in some of the best sights of the City of London.

The 2009 Flora London Marathon is on Sunday 26th April. The public entry system for this, through the Flora London Marathon website, is now closed, and the results of this will be released in early October. If you are lucky enough to gain your own place through the ballot then you can also be part of our team and raise funds for the independent charity dedicated to solving crimes.

Each year Crimestoppers has a number of guaranteed places available for the world famous marathon, and by endeavouring to raise £1,250 for Crimestoppers one of these could be yours.

Our events team will support you throughout your marathon experience, providing help with the forms, guidance in fundraising, top tips in preparing for the big day, enthusiastic supporters at cheering points along the way and, of course, a Crimestoppers running vest to wear with pride as you cross the finish-line!
