More ways to donate
One off donations: Make a one off gift to help your community, today.
Regular Gift/Standing Order
A Standing Order is a convenient way for you to make a regular gift and it is easy to set up.
It's as simple as that. We do the rest. Regular gifts mean that we have a predictable income which helps us to plan ahead more effectively. Whatever you can afford each month will help Crimestoppers' work in communities like yours, now and in the future.
Get in touch with our Fundraising team to set up a Regular Gift or Standing Order, or phone 0208 254 3200.

Payroll Giving
Payroll Giving, sometimes referred to as Give As You Earn, is a tax efficient way of donating to Crimestoppers. It is efficient because the taxman will pay part of your donation! Gift Aid is automatically added to your monthly payment.
All you need to do is:
- check that your payroll department at work runs the scheme
- decide how much you want to donate each month
- Print off a copy of the Crimestoppers Payroll Giving Form, fill it in, and return it to Crimestoppers
If your payroll department does not currently run a scheme, ask them if you could set one up; it is quick and easy and a payroll giving agency can process the employee donations!
Once it's set up, your donations will then be deducted from your pay before tax is calculated. So for example, each month:
- You pledge to give Crimestoppers £10
- You actually pay £7.80 and the taxman will add £2.20
- Crimestoppers will receive £10
If you are a higher rate taxpayer then it will cost you even less to donate £10 to Crimestoppers.
For more information about making a donation, please contact the Fundraising team or phone 020 8254 3200.

Gift Aid
Gift Aid enables us to reclaim tax, which you have already paid, from HM Revenue and Customs. Signing up to Gift Aid makes every £1 you give, worth £1.28 to Crimestoppers. It does not cost you anything and does not affect your tax status. You must be a UK taxpayer and pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that Crimestoppers reclaims on your donations in the appropriate tax year. Please note that we can only reclaim tax on donations made from a personal bank or building society account.

eBay
If you are listing an item for sale on eBay, you will now have the option to donate all or a percentage of the sale proceeds to Crimestoppers! Buyers will be drawn to your item which will have a ribbon next to the listing indicating that proceeds from your sale will go towards charity. The proceeds will be deducted directly by eBay.
For more information on selling items in support of Crimestoppers, have a look at the 'eBay for charity' pages . If you are buying an item on eBay, we have listings of all items that sellers have agreed to donate a percentage of proceeds to Crimestoppers. So as well as buying something, you will also be directly supporting us. Visit our page on Missionfish to find out more.
