Our Executive Group are the key decision-makers for the charity on a day-to-day basis.

Michael joined the charity as Chief Executive in August 2003.

In this role he is responsible for the development and direction of the charity, according to the strategy set out by the Trustees. To do this he leads our strategic and business planning ensuring that every member of the organisation understands their role and tasks. All of this in done in consultation with our Trustees and our volunteers to ensure we meet our objectives.

On a day to day basis Dave takes responsibility for the smooth running of Crimestoppers by managing decisions that have a significant impact on the logistical aspects of the charity. He ensures that the charity is meeting performance objectives and standards.

Dave acts as mediator for the charity's Executive Group to ensure the best outcome for the charity is achieved. He also leads on resolving problems both internally and externally where they are likely to impact on the charity’s reputation.
