Police are appealing for witnesses following a theft in Brentwood

Between 2am and 6am on Wednesday October 5, 2011, on the A12 southbound, Shenfield, A1023, a lorry was entered by cutting the side curtains.

Fifteen pallets of satellite decoder/receiver sides were stolen.

Investigating officer, Pc Justin Hainsworth said: "This must have taken quite a while to load into a vehicle big enough to take the goods.  These satellite dishes will be useless, as they will not work in the UK because they are specifically designed to work in Italy.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Pc Justin Hainsworth at Brentwood police station on 101, or 0300 333 4444 if calling from outside Essex, or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or by using the online Giving Information Form.
