Time 107.5fm

Time 107.5fm are currently supporting police in the borough of Redbridge with their crime-fighting initiatives, and London Crimestoppers are pleased to be involved with this too.

Recent achievements in Redbridge:

• Hainault Safer Neighbourhoods team arrested two burglars while on a routine cycle patrol of their area. A call to the police in the meantime about a burglary in the area meant that they arrived at the scene as the thiefs were trying to make their escape
• Over 100 officers took part in a two-day operation, which led to a number of people being arrested for offences ranging from shoplifting to immigration and drug offences
• £27,000 was found by police in the boot of the car. This money was found to be from the proceeds of crime; some of this money will be re-invested into policing in Redbridge
