Northern Ireland Crimestoppers' projects have focused on crime related issues that affect young people such as knife crime, drugs, gangs and gun culture as part of the Citizenship Curriculum, using literature, websites, educational resources and musical presentations in schools and youth groups.

Crime and Your Community 2No matter what the subject when taking difficult and serious messages, Crimestoppers know the vital importance of getting the right language and image to gain the attention and trust of young people, hence the contemporary feel of the resources. Recently, we've been using the Crimestoppers Youth resource called 'Crime and Your Community 2'. 'Crime and Your Community 2' provokes discussions around what young people would do if a crime was committed on someone that they know, looking specifically at Happy Slapping and Knife Crime as examples.
