Working in local schools

Anti-drug, crime and violence campaigns such as SNAP (Say No and Phone) and shows by pop band, 'Untouched' are just two examples of musical presentations, which through interaction made Crimestoppers messages both interesting and relevant to the youth of Northern Ireland.

Working with teachers, police and musicians, Crimestoppers was able to develop a presentation that was entertaining and fun for the audience without compromising the objective of the performance. Most recently, new pop band Untouched, successfully toured local schools providing information to pupils, giving them the opportunity to make informed decisions about how to deal with issues like drugs and crime in their local community.
