Theft from vehicles
Last year, we called on all members of the public in Surrey to stamp out thefts from motor vehicles.
The message was simple: if you suspect someone is profiting from these thefts but you don't want to talk to the police, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. You will not be asked your name and no-one will know you made the call, unless you tell them.
Michael Varah, then Chairman of Surrey Crimestoppers said: "Any valuables left in vehicles are at risk. Laptops, sat navs and tools can all mean a fast buck for the thief. They're very portable and they're very sale-able.

r.
Someone will know who is committing this sort of crime. We need them to call us now before more people lose out to the criminal.
Do you know who is stealing from cars? Do you know where the stolen goods are going? Have you heard or seen anything that may help stop these crimes? Then call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
For more information on this campaign and the activities of Surrey Crimestoppers please email Surrey Crimestoppers or call us on 01483 472 739
Call 0800 555 111 if you want to give information about crime and criminals anonymously.
