Welcome to West Country Crimestoppers.

We're dedicated to fighting crime across the West Country.

Over the last 12 months, we've received 1,877 calls with useful information about crime in the West Country. This has resulted in:

• Drugs with a street value of £594,310 being seized
• £28,305 of stolen property being recovered
• 107 criminals being arrested and charged

In the West Country, our Crimestoppers board comprises of members from the local community, who give up their free time to co-ordinate promotions and events to raise awareness about the anonymous Crimestoppers phone number, 0800 555 111. We rely on a network of volunteers to help us with our work. We also:

• Run campaigns to raise awareness about issues facing our local communities, such as the initiative we are running with the DVLA to reduce sat-nav theft
• Run a Business Associates Scheme, working with local businesses to reduce crime across the region
• Organise fundraising events
