More arrests in Wales/Cymru

As a result of calls to 0800 555 111, more than 5,000 arrests have been made in Wales.

This milestone was achieved thanks to members of the public continuing to call Crimestoppers anonymously with information about crime, as well as our volunteers, who have been tirelessly promoting the phone number in as many ways as they can.

Speaking recently, Deputy Chairman, Stephen Cotterell, praised the efforts of everyone: “I look forward to more and more people calling the unit. These callers are the eyes and ears of our community, joining the police and ourselves in the fight against crime.”
