Alleged Sex offender arrested days after Crimestoppers launches fugitive campaign

Operation Zygos, a fugitive campaign launched by Crimestoppers, the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) and Cyprus Police (CYPOL) has seen its first arrest made just days after its launch.

Paul Lockwood, 41, from Oldham, was arrested in Somerset on Friday 7 September. He was wanted for alleged sexual offences against a child over a five year period.
