Man arrested after football murder

[21st April 2008]

A 20-year old man has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of a football fan after a match.

The 26-year old victim was killed after a Volkswagen Golf hit him after a football match between Aston Villa and Birmingham City.

The suspect is in custody and being questioned by West Midlands Police.
