Teenager shot dead

An 18-year old has been shot dead while in a Costcutter supermarket in south-east London.

He was pronounced dead at the scene at 1025pm on Wednesday. Several people left the scene on mopeds straight after the shooting. A 19-year old has been arrested. Officers from Operation Trident, which tackles gun crime in London's black community, are investigating. This is the 22nd teenager to die as a result of gun or knife crime this year.
