Two teenagers charged over East Sussex murder
Two teenagers have been charged over the murder of Chris Poole, 46, after he was killed in the Hydneye area of Eastbourne [20 August 2012].
Mr Poole was attacked outside Premier convenience store at approximately 9pm on 16 August.
He died the following day from head injuries sustained in the attack.
Two males aged 15 and 19 have been charged with his murder. The younger is from Eastbourne, whilst the elder is of no fixed abode.
A 13-year-old boy was also arrested but he has been released on bail until 3 September.
