Priest child abuser jailed

A priest who admitted to seven sex offences against children was sent to prison this week.
Colin Pritchard, from Bexhill-on-Sea in East Sussex, admitted to abusing the children in Northamptonshire during the 1970s and 80s. He has been jailed for five years. One of his victims has said the abuse has scarred his life. The grooming began with kissing and fondling, and developed into them sharing a bed together. Six of Pritchard offences were carried out against one boy.
