Unqualified internet child porn 'expert' sentenced

A Leicestershire man who worked on cases involving internet child pornography has been sentenced for lying about his qualifications.
Terence James Bates, 67, claimed he had a degree, but in fact he had never been to university. He was given a 6-month suspended sentence for each of five counts - four for making false written statements and one for perjury.
