£100million drug trafficking raid

Addresses across London have been raided to bust a cocaine and cannabis ring. So far, 23 people have been arrested. Their questioning continues today.

At a house in Hayes, police used a digger to break through a brick and steel perimeter wall to break into the luxury home of one of the drug barons. Officers then used sledgehammers and angle grinders to break into the house.

Police believe the criminals have been using a business as a facade to cover up a huge criminal enterprise which involved laundering money from cocaine and cannabis trafficking.
