Gang members getting younger

Children as young as 10 years old are joining gun and knife gangs in an area of South London where five young people have been killed in the last 12 months.

The young members are being profiled as 'Tinys' by the police, who are trying to save them from a criminal future. Police are going undercover to film gang activity in secret and then showing the footage to the gang members parents.

Yesterday police revealed details at a 'gang summit' that was held in Lambeth, South London, on the first anniversary of the death of 15-year-old Billy Cox, who was shot dead in Clapham.
