Men murdered and chopped up their half-brother

[27th February 2008]

35-year old Andrew Scanlan's body was found in two shallow graves near Aldershot after his head and hands had been chopped off.

His half-brothers, James and Mark Baigent, had denied murdering him, but they are about to face mandatory life sentences.

The brothers have apparently hated their half brother since 1998, after Mr Scanlan reported Mark Baigent to the police for an attempted robbery.
