Murder inquiry launched after young person is stabbed to death

A 16-year old boy was found with fatal stab wounds in Woolwich, South East London on Tuesday, marking the fifth London teenager to be killed this year.

Witnesses have stated they saw four young people running from the scene after the stabbing.
