Beware of fake notes

Landlords and shopkeepers on the Isle of Man have been warned that a number of forged bank notes have been found in circulation.
The phoney notes have turned up over the last couple of days in pubs in the Douglas and Onchan areas. £20 and £5 denominations of new-style Bank of England notes should be accepted with caution, as these were the fakes found.
