CCTV should be implemented in trouble hot-spots

Former Home Affairs Minister, Phil Braidwood, told the House of Keys that real-time CCTV surveillence should be implemented in trouble hot-spots around the island.

Current minister Martyn Quayle said that although Home Office research shows that CCTV can cut crime by 28%, it's more effective to also add other measures, such as better street lighting.
