Companies employing illegal immigrants to be named

In order to further punish firms who smuggled illegal immigrants, the names of companies and directors will be made public.

This continues the efforts of the Home Office to crack down on identifying and prosecuting companies breaking the law. The Home Office says the information, including how much the company was fined and how many illegal immigrants it had been employing, will be published on the UK Border Agency website.
