New Years Eve murderers may appeal

The four men that murdered Charlene Ellis and Letisha Shakespeare outside a New Years party may go to the Court of Appeal.
The men, Marcus Ellis, Michael Gregory, Nathan Martin and Rodrigo Simms, were convicted of the sub-machine gun shootings in Birmingham in 2003. An anonymous witness' testimony was used for the first time in the men's 2005 trial. After the case is referred back to the Criminal Cases Review Commission, it will be decided if it can go to the Court of Appeal.
