Youth crime convictions and cautions rise

The number of children being convicted or cautioned in the UK has risen more than 25 percent, according to figures released yesterday.
Shockingly, Cheshire has seen under-18 crime rise 95 per cent since 2002, and Sussex is just behind with a 90 per cent increase. The Institute for Public Policy Research compiled the statistics, which also said that under-15 crime has risen by more than a third, while adult crime has only gone up by 11 per cent.
