Donovan remanded over Shannon abduction

After his court appearance today, Michael Donovan has been remanded in custody until 25th March. He's been charged with unlawful kidnap and imprisonment of Shannon Matthews.
Mr Donovan's solicitor made no application for bail.
Donovan, the uncle of Shannon's stepfather, will next appear via video link at Leeds Crown Court.
