Goa teenager was drugged and sexually assaulted

Police in Goa have revealed that Scarlett Keeling was drugged and sexually assaulted before she died.

The 15-year old was found dead on a beach last month. A second suspect has been detained and will appear in court later. Placido Carvalho gave himself up voluntarily. Police allege he supplied Keeling with ecstasy and other drugs before she was raped.

A third person has also been arrested in connection with the incident.
