Headless body named as missing Hertfordshire man

A headless and handless body found next to a garage block is believed to be that of a Hertfordshire traveller who was abducted.

John Finney, 42, was abducted from his car on 29th February near Hitchin.

The tattoos on the body led local police to believe that the body was Mr Finney. A post-mortem was unable to establish the cause of death.

Police believe this was a targeted attached and are appealing to witnesses to come forward.
