Wanted murderer - reward offered
Crimestoppers is offering a reward of £1,000 for information leading to the arrest and charge of those responsible for murdering a man described as a "gentle giant". [12 March 2010]
Gary Bennett, 46, from Little Oxhey Lane in Watford, Hertfordshire, was discovered in Aldenham Country Park in Elstree on 24 February. A post-mortem revealed he had died of head injuries. Detectives believe he may have been murdered for two gold neck chains and his wallet, which were missing from his body when he was found.
