Gangs move gun crime into Preston

Gangs in Manchester and Liverpool are being blamed for a rising level of gun crime in Preston.
Lancashire Police have said that serious court cases which are moved to Preston are partly to blame for an emerging gun crime problem in the area. Chief Constable Steve Finnegan has said that Preston is where Liverpool and Manchester were five years ago.
