Prison sentence for Operation Captura's Jonathon Lejman

Jonathon Lejman, who was wanted under our Operation Captura campaign, has been sentenced to six years eight months in prison for aggravated burglary at Stoke-On-Trent Crown Court.

Lejman, of Stoke-On-Trent, was one of ten individuals wanted under the most recent batch of ten Operation Captura appeals released in February 2011. Lejman was arrested on 24 March 2011 in Tenerife, where he was found living in a commune on a beach.

Operation Captura

Operation Captura is a campaign run by Crimestoppers and the Serious Organised Crime Agency which identifies individuals on the run in Spain who are wanted by UK law enforcement agencies for serious crimes committed in the UK.
