4-year-old boy critical after road collision
A 4-year-old boy is in a critical condition following a road traffic collision in Bolton. [2 May 2012]
At around 6.40pm on Monday 30 April 2012, a Peugeot 206, Land Rover Discovery and Vauxhall Insignia collided on De Havilland Way, Horwich close to the junction with Lostock Lane.
The 4-year-old boy, who was in the Peugeot 206, was freed by the fire service and he was taken to hospital suffering from head injuries.
His condition is described as critical.
Inquiries are ongoing.
