Bury drugs bust leads to 47 years imprisonment

Twenty-one people have been sentenced to a combined total of more than 47 years in prison, after police busted a major drugs ring in Bury.
Officers raided a number of Bury addresses last year, after months of undercover police work, who acted on information passed to them by the local community.
The defendents were aged between 17 and 42; the longest jail sentence is five years and four months.
