Garden murderer charged
[30th January 2008]
Gary Kelly of Rutter Gardens in Mitcham has been charged with the murder of David Martin, also of Rutter Gardens. Martin is said to have died from a stab wound to the chest after a football argument.
Three other people were arrested in connection with the death.
A hearing is due to take place on 12th February.
The Rutter Gardens area is being guarded by police officers.
