[21 July 2008]

A fresh appeal has been launched over the murder of a teenager in a betting shop.

Louis Brathwaite, who was shot in a William Hill shop in Manchester in January, would have been turning 17 this week. He was wounded in the chest, leg and shoulder in the shop in Mauldeth Road West, and died 12 days later. The man who shot Louis is described as being 5ft 8in, and was dressed in dark clothing with his face covered. He fired five shots inside the betting shop before fleeing with a second man.
