Terror arrest in Blackburn

A 25-year old man has been arrested under the Terrorism Act in Blackburn.

He was arrested before 7am and an address will be searched as a result. The arrest was the result of a joint investigation between Lancashire Constabulary and Greater Manchester Counter Terrorism Unit. Three men arrest under the Terrorism Act in the area on 14 August remain in custody.
