Asbo family ban in South Kessock

A landmark ASBO case in Scotland may see four brothers, who have been accused of repeated acts of anti-social behaviour, banned from large parts of South Kessock for three years.
The verdict will be heard at Inverness Sheriff Court in two weeks. If the brothers receive the ASBO, it's believed it will be the country's first family anti-social behaviour order.
