Missing paedophile linked to France

[8 July 2008]

An on-the-run paedophile from Perth has travelled to France and may still be there.

Joseph Millbank, 27, went missing at the end of June after being released from prison on licence at the beginning of May. He was convicted and sentenced to 10 years in jail in 2002, following a string of sex offences against children. His release from jail was on license so that he had to comply with certain conditions. Now that he has broken these conditions, a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
