Kent microlight case discharged

[17th April 2008]

A man on trial for the manslaughterof two men in a microlight crash on the Isle of Sheppey has been formally discharged.

Tony Stewart, 50, from Orpington and Daniel Attubato, 35, from Maidstone, were killed in the plane crash. John Whelan, 62, was charged with their deaths and contravening aircraft regulations.
