Wrexham rapist too dangerous to leave jail

A top north Wales prosecutor has said that a sex attackerwho abducted and raped a 15-year old girl is too dangerous to ever be freed from prison.

Alan Grant was jailed for life last year after abducting the girl and subjecting her to an ordeal that lasted for 15-hours. Also known as Alan Weston, the 49-year old had previous been jailed for 12-years after he tied up a man and raped his wife at gunpoint. is supervision order for this rape conviction had finished six weeks before he abducted the Wrexham teenager.
