Crimestoppers continues the fight against crime with Candis

Independent crime-fighting charity Crimestoppers and Candis Magazine have today renewed their partnership to continue their fight against crime [2 August 2012].

The two organisations initially joined forces in 2007 and are renewing their partnership to continue making Candis readers aware of the Crimestoppers charity and crime in the UK.

With 750,000 readers, this is a big audience to spread the Crimestoppers message to, and with Candis’ commitment to raising awareness of crime through their publication, this partnership is one that Crimestoppers hope will continue for another five years.

Anamari Bishopp, Head of Development for Crimestoppers, said: 'The partnership with Candis demonstrates the role business can play in tackling crime alongside Crimestoppers.'

'We will continue to work together in making Candis’ readers aware of crime and the role they can play in making their community safer.'

Bryan Douglas-Dala, Joint Managing Director of Newhall Publications Ltd., publisher of Candis added: “We are delighted to be continuing our long-standing corporate partnership with Crimestoppers.

'We highly value the work we do together in promoting personal and community safety. It also provides a platform for both Crimestoppers and Candis to highlight the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility in business today.'
