Our volunteers make a huge difference to their local communities and all bring different skills and experiences to their volunteer role and contribute to the charity in a variety of ways.

Darren Stevens from Gloucestershire Crimestoppers was named as the inaugural Volunteer Award winner at Crimestoppers 2007 conference in Bristol. The award recognises the achievements of the charity's volunteers. Described by colleagues as the “powerhouse” behind the Committee's successes, Darren has been at the forefront of their marketing and fundraising efforts since their inception in 1995.

Dev Chakraborty has been involved with West Country Crimestoppers for nearly ten years. He has used his background in marketing and media to advise West Country Crimestoppers on the marketing, public relations and media surrounding their campaigns.
