Surrey
Welcome to Surrey Crimestoppers.
We are dedicated to helping solve crimes and taking criminals off the streets across the county of Surrey.*
At the moment we have 11 volunteer Board members, led by our Chairman Kevin Morris. The Surrey Crimestoppers Board of volunteers, who give up their free time, are busy implementing their action plan for 2008/09.
Our plans
We are focusing on three main actions this spring/summer:
- To continue promoting awareness of the anonymous phone number
- To encourage new volunteers to join us
- To obtain more funding for the charity
Did you know...?
55% of people in Surrey have worried about crime recently (Surrey Crimestoppers survey, sponsored by Legal and General)
*Surrey Crimestoppers covers the whole county of Surrey, except along the northern border of the county, as this area falls into the London Crimestoppers Board.
