Dorset
Welcome to Dorset Crimestoppers.
Dorset Crimestoppers is dedicated to fighting crime across the county of Dorset.
Dorset Crimestoppers works for you, your family and your community. Calling Crimestoppers is anonymous. We only want to know what you know about crime, not who you are.
We work on a number of campaigns across the region, to address crimes specific to your local areas. Recently, we've been working on a doorstep crime campaign.
Did you know...?
Only one in every twenty victims of doorstep crime tells the police
We rely on the work of our very dedicated volunteers and the donations of local businesses to help make your communities across Dorset safer. Together, we've seen some fantastic improvements. If you'd like to volunteer for Dorset Crimestoppers, please fill out our Volunteer Enquiry Form.

Talk to us about doorstep crime
There have been a number of crimes in Dorset involving the elderly being duped out of their life savings. That's why we decided that Dorset Crimestoppers would mount a campaign - 'Talk to us about doorstep crime. Don't stay in the dark.'
Money laundering
We teamed up with the local Commerical Fraud department in a campaign against money laundering. Within a week of the campaign start, a criminal was caught trying to flee the country!
Crimestoppers awareness project
With the help of JP Morgan, the Dorset Crimestoppers Board has been extremely busy rolling out an awareness campaign aimed at all members of the Dorset Police.
