West Midlands: £20,000 reward for key information on Redditch attempted murder

Redditch attempted murder Crimestoppers appeal

We are offering a reward of up to £20,000 for key information given anonymously to our charity about an attempted murder in Redditch this March.

On Tuesday, 26 March, at 1.08PM on Ombersley Close, Redditch, three males wanted in connection with an attempted murder were involved in an incident, which saw two of them shooting at one another over a car, which led to a bullet penetrating the vehicle.

One of the males then proceeded to enter local residents’ gardens and knocking on doors asking to enter. Another wanted male was believed to be on an electric bike. All involved in the incident fled the scene shortly afterwards.

“Incidents like this can be very concerning for those that live locally and our charity believes that everybody has the right to feel safe.

“We encourage anybody who knows what happened and who was involved, to talk to Crimestoppers 100% anonymously at any time. We are independent of the police and people have been trusting us with their information since we started over 35 years ago.

“Our charity hopes that by appealing for information given anonymously and offering a reward, this could avoid somebody coming to harm in the future.”
